Jeff is a Colorado native, born and raised in Grand Junction. He grew up spending a lot of time in the great outdoors. As a youth he was involved in the Boy Scouts of America and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 17. This involvement helped fuel his passion and love for nature. His creative nature comes from his family. From his grandmother who was a musician, his father who was a very talented woodworker and his mother, a dabbler in many artistic forms including photography.
It wasn’t until later in life when Jeff realized that photography was more than just a hobby. In 2011 he decided that photography was something he wanted to pursue. Jeff has been published in local publications and won numerous contests and awards with his photography. Jeff specializes in nature and landscapes, but loves to shoot cityscapes, abstracts, or really anything that is photo worthy. He believes that a well-rounded photographer can lean from all facets of the art. He loves to travel and experience new places and in doing so capture the beauty of the world around him with his camera.
